Ella's 4 Month Appointment

Today was Ella's 4 month appointment and we were lucky enough to have Auntie Krissy along for the ride. Ethan and Auntie Krissy played with the bus, toy house and watched the fish while Ella had her appointment. She weighs 13 lbs 3 ounces (50%), is 24.5 inches long (50%) and has a head circumference of 15.8 inches (25%). We did find out she has hand, foot and mouth and she's got it good with a rash all over her body, but she is tolerating it very well and doesn't seem to feel sick at all. No shots this week, we'll go in next week for those. The doctor didn't want to overload Ella's immune system.

After, we all went to chutes and ladders to play. Ethan ran up and down the hills and eventually loved running through the mist they have to cool off the kids. He was soaked through and through and road back in a diaper and shoes and socks. He didn't want to take them off. Go figure.

We had noodles, green beans and watermelon for lunch and then it was nap time. Ethan had fallen asleep in the car on the way home for ten minutes so I pushed nap time back a little further. In the end that meant no second nap. It's gonna be a fun night at the Krueger home!!

Weekend Fun

Ella in her new outfit from friends. A short time later she pooped through this outfit and we had to change her. I am getting better at putting the new clothes on and immediately take a picture!

This cute outfit was from Grandma and Grandpa Krueger.

Ethan sharing his nuk with Thumper.

This is how I found Ethan when I asked him to get into the car. Usually, he runs into the back seat and giggles as I try to get him into his car seat. This time he managed to put his motorcycle in the van and then climb up into his car seat. So we went for a walk at the Eden Prairie Conservation Park while Ethan drove his motorcycle instead of the playground.

My big goof ball!

Ella and Daddy on the way to the farm.

Too cool. Not only is she in sunglasses, but she took them from her brother! And so it begins...

Ethan petting goats with Daddy.

BIG tractor!

He was so impressed with this chicken!

I did not prompt this. He just wanted to play in the water, not actually wash his hands.

Little piggy's only about a week old

Water fun at the zoo. Ethan played here for about 20 minutes. We had to drag him inside. He loved it so much!!
