Both Ethan and Ella loved "driving" the zoo's tractor at the farm. Ella especially threw a fit when I took her off the tractor. Guess we will be going there each and every time we visit the zoo!

New Words and Phrases
Ella has a couple new words. She is learning them faster and faster every day. The new words are: up, mama and wow. She has also learned how to blow kisses too.
Ethan has also come up with some new phrases. Yesterday Ethan told me I was a "big goop." I asked him what that was and he replied: "take a baseball, wrap it around and put it in the sun." I have no idea what that means, but thanks for the info Ethan. Today, I was tilling the garden. After each shovel full was turned over Ethan would ask if there was any worms. If I turned over a worm, Ethan would ask to touch it. Then he would say: "I get it Mommy," and grab a shovel full of dirt and cover the worm so it can go home. As I was finishing up Ethan said, "I gonna feed the worms, bugs and birds with dirt." He was so proud.

Another Ella Update
Yesterday, Ella learned 2 new words, 'me' and 'no.' Thank goodness she is using 'me' more than 'no.'
This morning at breakfast Ethan taught Ella to blow kisses. It was so cute and Ethan was pretty proud as he should be. He still loves his little sister!

My Dear Ella, Oh, How You've Grown
I checked Ella's mouth yesterday for more teeth and found tooth number 7. As it turns out number 6 and 7 are molars. She is doing quite well for have 2 molars coming in at once.
Ella is also saying lots of words lately. This is a list of the ones I can remember, but don't ask her to repeat them, she may just look at you silly: hot dog, Briscoe, puppy, me, bubbles and I see that.
In other news, Ella has figured out how to get into trouble. She has learned to climb onto our bed, climb into her booster seat at the kitchen table, go down the stairs, run outside when the door is not latched closed, and play in the toilet water.
Ella has found some new foods that she loves and some she could do without. Her favorite new food is hummus. Garlic hummus to be exact. Sometimes Ella will dip a carrot in it, but mostly she just grabs a handful of it and shoves it in. She also gets to lick the serving spoon after the meal as well. Ella has also discovered french fries from Ethan who likes to share with his little sister. Ella has finally started to eat some fruit. Grapes and strawberries are new, but she could do without watermelon and cantaloupe.
Lastly, Ella has finally finished nursing. I am so excited! Just remember Ella, that you are still my baby!!
